Introduction to the function of compressing garbage trucks
1. Compressed garbage truck, also known as rear loading compressed garbage truck, is a new type of environmental sanitation vehicle that collects, transfers and clears garbage to avoid secondary pollution. By connecting the rear filling device with the garbage bin or bin, a mobile garbage transfer station is formed to achieve pollution-free collection and transportation of multiple bins of garbage in one vehicle. 2. Combined control of gas, electricity, and hydraulic systems. 1. Advanced electronic control system. CAN electronic control with one button unloading, has better dust prevention, shock resistance, circuit breaker prevention, and waterproof functions. The entire series is equipped with a power take-off buzzer to prevent oil pump and transmission failures caused by forgetting to turn off the power take-off. The entire series is equipped with wireless remote control for remote operation.
2. Hydraulic lifting safety circuit. A one-way balance valve is installed in the hydraulic system of the lifting filler. This valve not only ensures the smooth descent of the filler, but also blocks the direct connection between the lifting cylinder and the hydraulic oil pipe. Even if the oil pipe bursts, the filler will not suddenly fall down, improving the safety of use.
3. The compressed garbage truck is in a closed state during the compression loading and transportation process. There is a unique drain valve installed on the sewage tank, which is sealed reliably and not easily blocked. The optional filling device completely covers the feeding port of the filling device, eliminating the phenomenon of garbage and dust flying caused by the disturbance of the tail gas flow during transportation, and making the appearance more beautiful.




3.2 Special device section
Superpower installation. The effective volume is 8.5 cubic meters.
Too many configurations. Covering the main forms of domestic garbage collection, including: flipping 240L/660L plastic buckets, flipping 300L iron buckets, flipping semi sealed buckets, etc.
High strength: Garbage bins, fillers, and shovels are made of high-strength steel materials not lower than Q700, and their reasonable structural design and material selection ensure optimal product performance.
Good consistency: By applying industry-leading tooling and standardized welding assembly processes, the overall consistency of the vehicle is good.
Good sealing performance:
The filler is locked using an independent oil cylinder driven locking mechanism, and a horseshoe shaped sealing strip is used between it and the garbage bin to effectively prevent sewage leakage.
The opening of the filler is driven by a cylinder to open and close the filler cover, achieving full closure of the garbage bin and filler.
Toolbox: A separate toolbox is provided on the left side for easy storage of on-board tools.
Security configuration:
Configure an emergency stop switch, which can be pressed in case of an emergency to quickly stop all installation actions.
Configure an anti descent switch. When repairing or inspecting vehicles, pressing the anti descent switch can prevent other personnel from accidentally operating and causing safety accidents.
The central control screen in the driver's cab and the rear operation panel are interlocked with each other through software logic to prevent safety accidents caused by interference between the two personnel operations.
A safety rod is installed at the rear of the box. When the filler needs to be lifted for maintenance, the safety rod is supported to prevent safety accidents from occurring.
Voice alarm prompt sound, when the vehicle is lifting or lowering the filler, a safety prompt sound is emitted through the voice broadcast device to warn nearby personnel to pay attention to safety.
Coating process: The entire vehicle structural components are coated using high-temperature electrostatic powder coating technology. Ensure that structural components do not corrode for 6-8 years, making them more durable and reliable.
3.3 High reliability
3.3.1 High temperature test
The first specialized vehicle in China to undergo high-temperature testing.
High temperature test area: The high temperature test was conducted in Turpan City, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. Turpan City is located in the central part of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, with an average annual temperature of 13.9 ºC, and more than 100 hot days above 35 ºC. The extreme high temperature in summer is 49.6 ºC, and the surface temperature is mostly above 70 ºC, with a record of 82.3 ºC. The road conditions comply with GB/T12534 "General Principles for Road Test Methods for Automobiles".
Main testing items: vehicle air conditioning cooling effect under high temperature environment, startup verification after high temperature exposure, routine component verification after high temperature exposure, high temperature range verification, high temperature fast charging verification, high temperature reliability driving verification, etc.
