- The washing car adopts dongfeng Tianjin DFH1180EX8 type six second class automobile chassis modification, with auxiliary engine, fan, high pressure water pump, water box, dustbin, left and right sweep, wide suction nozzle with water spray rod, low pressure washing system, low pressure washing system, sweep plate dust system, hydraulic system, special device electronic control system and subframe modification.
- The secondary engine drive fan and high pressure water pump, the secondary engine uses Dongfeng cumins six-cylinder 170 horsepower diesel engine. The fan uses 8.0 high pressure centrifugal fan, high efficiency, high air volume, the highest air volume of 23500 m3/h. The high pressure pump adopts imported plunger pump with suitable flow and high pressure and maximum pressure up to 10MPa.
- The clear water box makes full use of the vehicle space, with a large volume of 9m3. The dustbin is made of single layer 304 stainless steel structure, with high pressure self-cleaning device. The self-cleaning device can help unload the bin and clean the inside of the dustbin.
- Left and right sweep for single sweep disk, reduce the number of brush and brush consumption, can reduce the cost of use. Left and right vertical sweep is controlled separately, which can realize different operation modes such as left sweep, right sweep and full sweep. The width of the wide suction nozzle reaches 2418mm, ensuring that the total operation width is greater than 3.5mm. The four highly adjustable nozzle wheels can adjust and ensure the reasonable gap between the nozzle and the road surface in many aspects. The suction nozzle has built-in high pressure water spray rod, arranging the high pressure washing nozzle as much as possible, not only the cleaning effect is good, but also can minimize the secondary pollution caused by the high pressure water airflow flushing the dirt.
- The left and right water spray rod is installed on the suction cup, with the suction cup lifting, the structure is simple and compact, to ensure that the height of the water spray rod is fixed, to achieve the best cleaning effect. Open hydraulic system drives the left and right vertical sweep lift, left and right sweep and circling, suction mouth lifting, dustbin back door opening and closing, dustbin roll over reset and other mechanical actions.
- The chassis gearbox side force collector drives the low-pressure water pump to realize the low-pressure flushing function of the sprinkler, and start and stop operation.
