1.Tank Body: Usually made of steel plates, with cross - sectional shapes including elliptical, rectangular, or circular. For water tanks with a volume greater than 10 liters, a partition structure is set up to reduce the impact of the liquid in the tank during vehicle driving.
2.Tank Support Legs: There are two types: integral frame type and split frame type. The split frame type can be further divided into longitudinal beam split type and completely independent support leg type.
3.Manhole Cover: It must be provided with a ventilation hole. The number of manholes is generally 1 - 2, and the diameter should not be less than 450 mm according to the standard, which is mainly used for staff to enter and exit the water tank.
Transmission Device
4.Power Take - Off: Installed on the gearbox, it is divided into left - mounted and right - mounted forms. Its main function is to output engine power. It is operated pneumatically or manually. When the operating switch is pulled backward, the power take - off gear enters the meshing position to drive the water pump to work through the transmission shaft.
5.Water Pump: Generally divided into centrifugal water pumps and self - priming water pumps. The head and flow rate of the water pump are determined by the main functions of the sprinkler truck. The flow rate is generally 50 - 80 cubic meters per hour.
6.Reducer or Speed Increaser and Drive Shaft: They transmit power to the water pump to meet the speed and rotation direction requirements of the water pump.
