This product is a new generation of compressed garbage truck developed on the basis of the new 18-ton CL1180JBEV chassis.



High protection level: battery protection level IP68, reaching the advanced level in the industry.
Lithium iron phosphate system, high strength aviation aluminum box, double cells only smoke without fire under thermal runaway; full electric acupuncture, maximum temperature 50 degrees.
Real-time monitoring of battery safety: real-time monitoring of single voltage value; real-time monitoring of total system voltage; monitor the charge and discharge current of battery module; monitor the insulation performance of battery system; monitor other high and low level signals; and control charge and discharge according to the requirements of the vehicle system and battery state; accurately calculate the remaining charge value of power battery.

Main test items: refrigeration effect of vehicle air conditioning in high temperature environment, start verification after high temperature exposure, verification of conventional components after high temperature exposure, high temperature range verification, high temperature fast charging verification, high temperature reliability driving verification, etc.
Alpine region test: Alpine region test was carried out in Heihe City, Heilongjiang Province. The lowest environmental temperature in this test is-28ºC, and the road conditions comply with GB / T 12534 General Rules for Automobile Road Test Methods.
Main test items: (1) verification of heating effect of vehicle air conditioning; (2) low temperature cold start verification; (3) verification of conventional parts after low temperature immersion; (4) low temperature range verification; (5) low temperature fast charge verification; and (6) high temperature reliability driving verification.
Adjust the reservoir water depth to 500mm. Prepare the vehicle conditions and adjust the charge state of the vehicle not less than 50%.
