Installation Configuration
(1) The refrigerated truck adopts a steel wood structure, a broken bridge insulation technology, a galvanized pipe skeleton, and high-quality fiberglass (non absorbing, good insulation, strong hardness, and anti-oxidation) is used inside and outside, with 8 thick XPS extruded polystyrene boards filled in the middle; High strength adhesive, hot press molding using a fully automatic gluing and pressing machine. The gluing and pressing process is completed in one go, with uniform gluing and minimal bulging, resulting in rapid and efficient board output.
(2) The floor is made of plastic steel patterned board, with a 15cm apron on the inner side of the box, right angled edges inside the box, front drainage holes, maze style rubber sealing strips on the door edge, and glossy stainless steel door frames.
(3) Body accessories: thickened aluminum alloy edging around the body, stainless steel corners, stainless steel door lock hinges, stainless steel locks and hinges, energy-saving LED lighting inside the body.
