Functional Description:
The 14-cubic-meter container is used for loading household waste and consists of a sealed trash bin, filler, pusher blade, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical control system. The fully enclosed vehicle utilizes integrated electro-hydraulic technology. Leveraging a combined mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic automatic control system, the bin, filler, and pusher blade utilize specialized devices to dump, crush, flatten, and lift waste, squeezing it into the vehicle compartment for compaction and unloading. Wastewater generated during the compression process flows into the wastewater compartment, eliminating secondary pollution during waste transportation. Users can choose from a variety of tipping mechanisms to suit different waste collection methods: standard iron bins (ZBT59003-88) (300L), plastic bins (240L), plastic bins (660L), and plastic bins (1100L). Optional tilting mechanisms include a triangular bucket, large floor-standing bin, and swing-arm bins. An optional pneumatic sealing cover is also available.
