High-performance compression garbage truck
1.High loading capacity and high operating efficiency. Utilizing advanced bidirectional compression technology, it boasts a high compression ratio, leading the industry. Short loading time, large hopper capacity, and short loading and unloading cycle times result in highly efficient and rapid waste collection and transportation, placing it at the forefront of the industry.
2.Adaptable and reliable loading mechanism. The loading methods cover major domestic waste collection methods, including: 240L/660L plastic bucket type, 300L iron bucket type, 600L iron hopper type, tipping bucket type, and lifting bucket type. It also features a unique four-bar linkage layout, adjustable loading mechanism teeth, hooks, etc.
3.Independent locking mechanism and double sealing technology. To ensure the sealing of the rear end of the waste bin and prevent sewage leakage, an innovative independent locking hook is designed to lock the loader. The sealing strip at the joint between the rear end of the waste bin and the loader remains compressed, ensuring excellent sealing performance between the loader and the waste bin. An innovative double-sealing technology is designed between the garbage bin and the filling device, using a special rubber seal that provides excellent sealing performance and effectively prevents secondary pollution.

Functional Description: The 24-cubic-meter container is used for loading household waste and consists of a sealed trash bin, filler, pusher blade, hydraulic transmission system, and electrical control system. The fully enclosed vehicle utilizes integrated electro-hydraulic technology. Leveraging a combined mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic automatic control system, the bin, filler, and pusher blade utilize specialized devices to dump, crush, flatten, and lift waste, squeezing it into the vehicle compartment for compaction and unloading. Wastewater generated during the compression process flows into the wastewater compartment, eliminating secondary pollution during waste transportation. Users can choose from a variety of tipping mechanisms to suit different waste collection methods: standard iron bins (ZBT59003-88) (300L), plastic bins (240L), plastic bins (660L), and plastic bins (1100L). Optional tilting mechanisms include a triangular bucket, large floor-standing bin, and swing-arm bins. An optional pneumatic sealing cover is also available.

5.Hydraulic Oil Pipe: Uses high-precision high-pressure oil pipe, which is resistant to high pressure and corrosion, and has a long service life.
6.Hydraulic Cylinder: Uses well-known Boli/Feida brand cylinders.
7.Proximity Switch: Uses a photoelectric induction switch to switch actions, reduce cylinder pressure, and make the electronic control system more stable.
8.Integral Nylon Slider: Integral nylon slider, strong and wear-resistant, with self-lubricating function, and long service life.
9.Rear Lighting: Convenient for operation at night or when the light is poor.
10.Sewage Tank (at the rear): Installed at the bottom of the packer to prevent secondary pollution during transportation; the sewage tank is made of galvanized material, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
11.Rear Tipping Mechanism: New roller structure, low resistance, smoother operation, and can hang 120L, 240L or 660L trash cans at the same time.
12.Remote Control Device: Remotely control the loading and unloading of garbage, more intelligent and more humanized.
13.Electronic Control Device: Adopts Siemens PLC or CAN bus electronic control system, which is convenient to operate and simple to use.
14.Balance Valve: Ensure the synchronous action of the cylinder, prevent the oil pipe from bursting, and ensure the safe operation of the packer.
15.Arc-shaped Box: Adopts robotic automatic welding, the box structure is more stable, and the weld is beautiful without scraping ash.
16.Sewage Tank (on the side): Side-mounted large-capacity sewage tank, which can hold more sewage and has a cleaning port.
