Upper elixir device: The effective volume of the tank body is 20 cubic meters, made of Q235 carbon steel plate. The tank body is 5 thick, the head is 5.75 thick, and the partition is 5 thick. It has a single compartment and two European standard tank ports on the top of the tank. There is 1 new intelligent shut-off valve, 1 set of European standard system (oil unloading valve, oil vapor recovery, anti overflow probe, anti-static reel), equipped with an 80-60 dedicated oil pump (can pump in and out), a rear ladder, manual guardrail, toolbox, rear bumper, and side guardrail. It is made according to the new standards of 2022 and is standard for other manufacturers. The tank body inspection report is provided, and chassis certificate, vehicle certificate, and customer invoice are provided.
Precautions for refueling trucks:
(1) Check if the rear anti-static traction belt is on the ground and if all equipment is functioning properly.
(2) Insert the pole into the damp ground to prevent static electricity from catching fire.
(3) Check whether the clutch control handle, power take-off control handle, and control valve switch are in the correct position, whether the throttle is turned to the minimum, and whether the ball valve handles are in the correct position.
(4) Check the lubricating oil level in the pump gearbox. If it is insufficient, add gear oil.
(5) When there is no liquid in the oil pump, a guide fluid should be added to the pump body in advance. When using a new car for the first time, it is necessary to add a guide fluid to the pump to prevent damage to the pump body caused by dry running without liquid.
(6) Check whether the discharge pipeline, discharge valve, and conveying pipe are empty and clean, ensuring that all pipelines are suitable for loading and unloading medium items.
(7) If liquid needs to be extracted, the rotating equipment should be kept away from the oil tanker to prevent entanglement. When extracting liquid, the pump should be stopped promptly and the valve should be closed.
(8) In emergency situations, the emergency control valve should be promptly closed and cut off.
basic operation 
1. Oil tankers should be equipped with dedicated fire extinguishers and installed with traction chains and power poles. When driving, the traction chain should make contact with the ground; When refueling or draining, the power pole must be inserted into damp ground.
2. The fuel tank filling hole should be tightly sealed, the oil drain valve and oil drain pipe should be leak free, the fuel tank vent hole should be unobstructed, the oil pump inlet filter screen should be cleaned regularly, and the oil hose should be immediately fitted with joint covers at both ends after use to prevent dirt from entering.
3. The carburetor and exhaust pipe of the internal combustion engine shall not have backfire phenomenon, and the exhaust pipe shall be installed in front of the vehicle.

4. Oil tanker operators are not allowed to wear shoes with nails, smoking near oil tanks is strictly prohibited, and ignition is strictly prohibited.
5. When parking, keep away from sources of fire, and choose a cool place to park during hot seasons. During thunderstorms, do not park under large trees or high-voltage lines. When stopping midway, there should be a dedicated person to supervise.
6. During the maintenance process, if the operator needs to enter the oil tank, it is strictly prohibited to carry fire and reliable safety protection measures must be taken. There must be a dedicated person outside the tank for supervision.
7. All electrical equipment in the car must be well insulated and sparks are strictly prohibited. The working lighting in the car should be safety lights below 36V.
8. When the sedimentation tank of the fuel tank freezes, it is strictly prohibited to use hot water or steam to bake, or drive the car into a warm room to thaw.
9. When performing maintenance and repairs under the vehicle, the internal combustion engine should be turned off, the handbrake should be tightened, and the wheels should be tightened.
10. When a vehicle needs to be inspected after repair, it should be driven by qualified personnel and no passengers or cargo are allowed on board. When road inspection is required, the inspection certificate issued by the traffic management department should be displayed.
11. When parking on a slope, use reverse gear for downhill parking and first gear for uphill parking, and plug the tires with triangular wedges.
