Urban Community Catering Waste Centralized Collection & Transportation Project

A municipal environmental sanitation service company undertook the standardized renovation of kitchen waste collection and transportation in urban core areas. The region covers dozens of commercial streets, catering clusters and residential communities, with scattered kitchen waste discharge points, frequent illegal dumping and leakage during traditional transportation, and incomplete closed-loop waste disposal. To meet the urban environmental protection assessment standards and realize classified collection, sealed transportation and standardized disposal of kitchen waste, the company customized and purchased 5 sets of new kitchen waste trucks to upgrade the local kitchen waste governance system.

The delivered equipment is 5-ton national VI standard sealed kitchen waste trucks. The vehicles adopt fully enclosed box body design, equipped with built-in oil-water separation device, automatic loading and unloading bucket mechanism, anti-leakage sewage tank and odor sealing system. They support manual and electric dual-mode operation, match 240L standard kitchen waste collection buckets, and are equipped with vehicle-mounted weighing system and operation record module to realize intelligent statistics of waste collection volume.

The whole batch of 5 vehicles completed offline assembly, quality inspection and performance debugging in strict accordance with national environmental sanitation vehicle standards. Before delivery, the technical team conducted full vehicle inspection including sealing performance, hydraulic system, electrical system and safety protection devices. A formal batch delivery acceptance ceremony was held. Professional engineers provided on-site training for drivers and management personnel, covering vehicle operation specifications, daily maintenance, fault troubleshooting and standardized collection and transportation process. All vehicles passed the customer’s acceptance at one time and were put into service immediately.

After the vehicles are put into operation, they realize full-coverage, sealed and zero-leakage collection and transportation of kitchen waste in urban core areas. The problems of road surface pollution, odor overflow and secondary pollution in the process of kitchen waste transportation are completely solved. The intelligent weighing and data recording function facilitates the refined management of waste output and transportation volume. The daily kitchen waste collection and transportation capacity of the area is increased by 30%, which effectively supports the standardized operation of urban domestic waste classification and improves the overall urban environmental sanitation level.
